Refund policy

If you received defective, damaged or the wrong item, we would like to ask you not to return it but you can contact us for a full refund. 

Why?

Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability since every return has a carbon footprint.

To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to hello@lulustreesgiftshop.com.

After that, you can either keep the item or you might want to donate it.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept refunds for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your email with a picture and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
