1 What kind of selection do you have?

We are a fairly new small business and currently have around 40 items available. As we are growing our relationships with our craftsmen, manufacturers and artists and understand better what products you would like to see more of, we add new suitable products to our gift shop on a regular basis. If you would like to be informed when new products get introduced, then subscribe to our newsletter where we keep you up to date and offer you exclusive discounts. 

2 How is shipping products from China for example agreeing with a fair, mindful and sustainable lifestyle?

Sustainable materials like bamboo are at the heart of many Chinese traditions and customs. There are 500 different species of bamboo growing in then mountainous regions of particularly Guangxi province and many handcrafts and buildings are made from bamboo throughout the country. By buying regionally crafted products made from regionally grown materials, we support global communities and replace a wide range of commonplace objects with products that avoid the depletion of natural resources.

3 Can I learn more about you and your suppliers?

Yes, we would love for you to learn more about us and our extended family and build a relationship with you. For this, we maintain a blog where we share with you a little bit about us and our manufacturers, craftsmen and artists and write about little actions you can take on a daily basis in order to live a more fair, mindful and sustainable lifestyle. 6 Are there benefits to opening an account with you?

If you open an account with lulustrees gift shop, you will have access to your order history and current order status. Your customers' details, such as address information, will be pre-filled from the stored information during checkout.

1 What currencies do you support?

We currently support US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars and Swiss Francs.

2 What forms of payment do you accept?

lulustreesgiftshop.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPall, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay for all orders.

1 Where are you delivering to and what are your delivery costs?

We deliver worldwide and would like to keep delivery cost simple and have therefore got two delivery options for USA and ROW deliveries:

• Standard 1: £3.95 for deliveries up to order price £25.00
• Standard 2: £4.95 for deliveries from order price £25.00

2 How long does delivery take?

Orders dispatched from China and Asia are delivered in about 10-18 days and from the rest of the world anywhere between 5-10 days. Please read more about shipping and handling here.

3 Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, for most deliveries from China and Asia, we provide you with a shipping confirmation email or an SMS with the tracking number.

4 How can I return my item?

We care about our planet. This is why we would like to ask you not to return your defective, damaged or wrong item since every return leaves a carbon footprint. Instead, please contact us for a full refund. Please read our refund policy here.
